1 large chicken breast with herbs and parmesian - 300
asparagus (1/2 cup) - 20
2 servings of popped chips - 240
1 granola bar - 160 cal
1 banana - 70
1 cup frozen berries from Costco - 70
1 tsp sugar - 20
1 large iced tea - 0
Total: 1374
I had a lot of energy during the day and slept very well.
