Weighed in this morning at 185 - woo hoo! I have felt like crap the last few days - bloated with major stomach issues - I think it was food poisoning from this weekend at Cooperstown. Note to self - do not eat there again OR do not choose the salad. Could have been the salad OR the beef. Ugh.
Anyway, here is what I've eaten today:

2 slices whole grain bread - 200
1 banana - 70
1 granola bar - 190
