6 inch Roasted Chicken from Subway with cheese 385 calories
Skout trailbar Chocolate & Peanut Butter = 160 calories
Diet Coke =  30 calories
Plane pretzels = 60 calories
8 ounces of Pyramid blonde 100 calories
Steak and Wedge Salad = 1000 calories
Potatoes and Asparagus = 400 calories


Getting ready to blow diet by having a steak dinner tonight, will try to eat better.

On a side note, now that dad is blogging it's time for Whitney to get serious - that means no more donuts (at least until you reach one of your goals).
