So, today is the day I started the diet, and I am doing OK. I weighed in at 189 this morning (ouch!) and realized that this diet is a GOOD thing for my body and much needed.
Here is what I've eaten so far:
Subway turkey sandwich - 6 inch - 280
Mustard - 5 cal
Cheese - 40 cal
1 large iced tea - 0 cal
1 oz popped chips - 120 cal
1 cup coffee with imitation half and half - 40 cal
1.5 pieces of chicken - 200 cal
2 mini clementine oranges - 80 cal total
1/2 pear - 40 cal
1 McDonald's ice cream cone - 150 cal
Total for day: 955 calories
This is because I woke up late and didn't eat breakfast (which I wouldn't normally do!), so my calories were a bit low for today. Tomorrow will be better!
